Road Report - Jan 19, 2012
Hi Everyone,
This week we have had very cold temperatures and everything else weather wise thrown our way. The roads were cleared on Tuesday.

This morning, Thursday, its overcast, cold and snowing. The weather man is predicting 10 - 15 cm of snow with gusting winds. We will be back clearing the roads again.
Even though we have had some pretty cold temperatures, we still have not ventured out onto the lake. As you can see in the photos, the dark patches of snow and there is an opening about 25 feet from our dock. We assume this is one of the many springs in the lake, so be careful if you decide to venture out onto the lake.

Great information. Also great that you remind folks re danger on the ice due to the fluctuating weather. I’ve enjoyed your submissions. Keep it up!! Thank Gerry re the driveways. It’s reassuring to know that whenever we arrive even if we decide to come up without much preplanning, we’ll be able to get up the driveway.
