Road Report April3, 2013

 Hello Leech Lakers,

We have had some calls and emails asking just how much snow we still have. Well there you have it, these photos of the unsightly snow were taken this afternoon, (Wednesday) as you can see by the date stamped.
Now don't get too depressed! We do have signs of spring, yes we dare say the word spring.  Our birds are back and as you can see hungry...the owl (in all the years we have owned this place have never seen an owl) was right outside out door and he was a hungry little fella as again we seen a first, he helped himself to one of our neighbours squirrels stealing our bird seed.  Neighbours keep your squirrels at  home and maybe they will be safe...lol...
So we still have the snow as mentioned, however the roads are pretty much clear at this time, however they are very soft and muddy with sink holes and rocks sticking up from the frost.  So, drive with care and fingers crossed you don't get stuck in the mud.

Sorry we missed the blog last week but nothing really happened weather wise and as some of you know by comments on our last blog by fellow Leech Lakers, we had some unpleasant stuff going on. We did not personally express any comment nor did we discuss it with anyone at that time, except with a few of the executive members.
We at this time are asking our blogger to submit the event that occurred while clearing the roads.

Enjoy the photos.

    Drop the victim act jerry.
it's about time someone put you in your place. You have a reputation for being a class-a jerk all around the lake.
If you can't work well with your employer, then you should be fired.
maybe you should look at what might have caused an otherwise reasonable man to finally hit the wall with you, or are you capable of admitting your own faults?
You push someone enough and they will react.

really, according to what I KNOW Jerry was pushed actually pulled at and had buttons ripped off his shirt, reasonable who??? Bob..laughable, jerk--Jerry well we all are guilty of that sometimes aren't we, fired I don't think so, the chair is choosing to look for someone else, the road job was too well done whether or not he may be a jerk, the jerk does an amazing job, for a country cottage road, I have seen Jerry laugh at himself so yes he has laughable faults DO YOU?????

I never really paid any attention to this before but the road incident was brought to my attention just today. My view is lets set up an Octagon Get Bob and Jerry in the ring and settle this once and for all. We can sell tickets and use the money to cover any deadbeat accounts from cottage owners that dont pay dues. Grow up everyone lets deal with real issues we are all in it together.

Lots of crazies around from selling tickets to a fight for those who choose not to pay dues and still have the guts to drive to their cottage to all the insanity that has been posted on the blog. I understand from the stats that it's at least 1 in 5 today that have some kind of mental illness but there is the option of dealing with sanity instead of insanity. Don't let those who are nuts take over which is whats happening now. There are tools for dealing with the reality of what is going on. The idiots should not be able to fill this blog with poison and ruin the leech lake community. All these blogs and posts should be removed and just the original posts left. This way at least our investment of the cottage finically will not take a dive when news gets out just how many mental cases reside at Leech lake.
